At approximately 13:00 this afternoon (Wed 11th June) a number of ISPs in the greater London area began experiencing routing issues which have resulted in a disruption of service.
Despite our redundant network connections, and extensive regular testing, the disruption to our upstream providers has meant that through the afternoon, access to our network has been affected severely. We will be carrying out a full review of our network to identify if additional connectivity could further improve our diversity.
During the service issues this afternoon, emails have been queued and with the restoration of full service, will begin to arrive as normal.
UPDATE: 20:15
It appears there was a further glitch this evening at approximately 20:10 which lasted approximately 30 minutes. We are currently investigating this re-occurrence.
Regards Steve
