I can report that the debate this morning went very well. The full one and a half hours were taken up and in addition to Ian Gibson who spoke for 16 minutes, 10 or so MPs from all parties spoke. Bill Wiggin (Shadow Min. Agric.) gave the penultimate speech followed by Jonathan Shawe for Defra, as Lord Rooker cannot speak in the Commons.
