Tips and Limitations for Ordering Advance Convention Tickets Online
Only one BBKA member’s admission ticket (wrist-band) per transaction.
If you are ordering for other members you must make a separate transaction per member. There is a box to enter a membership number and surname.
Non-Member admission tickets (wrist-bands) can be ordered in any numbers.
Only one programme is sent with each transaction.
BBKA Members will need their 2009/2010 membership number to purchase admission wrist-band.
We are only able to accept credit cards, debit cards and PayPal on our website.
You will be asked to create an account before you are able to place an order. If you already have an account on the BBKA Online Store you only need to login.
PayPal identifies its members from their email address and only asks for a password to complete the payment. NON PAYPAL MEMBERS have instant purchasing of goods by selecting a credit card as a payment method.
Once the transaction is complete the BBKA Shopping Cart will send you a confirmation email to prove the transaction was completed and goods are Pending Shipment. If you don’t receive this email (after checking your SPAM and junk/deleted mail folder) contact us (on sales@bbka .org.uk) so that we can confirm the order will be shipped. PayPal also send you a confirmation email, do not confuse the two.
If you make a mistake with your order (e.g. wrong delivery address or ordered too many tickets) you must contact Christine Hayward the same day. We will do our best to make good the situation but there is no guarantee.
